This machine is used to produce PP plastic sheet and film for stationery application, which is used for making file folds, file cover, book cover, packaging box, etc. It also can be used for disposable plastic water drinking cups, juice cups, tea cups, milk cups, ice cream cups, yogurt cups, jelly cups, bowls, food containers, lids, flowerpot, seeding trays, etc various packages.

Screw:Material: high quality nitrided steel-38CrMoAIA, Nitration depth: 0.3-0.6mm, hardness≧ 740HV,fragility is 2 grades.
Barrels: Material: high quality nitrided steel-38CrMoAIA, Nitration depth: 0.4-0.7mm, hardness≧ 940HV,fragility is 2 grades.
