This is a new designed machine to make PET roofing sheet instead of traditional PVC transparent roofing sheet. Material is recycled PET bottle flakes.
All of the world has a lot of waste PET materials, now YAOAN developed a new project to consume these PET, it is Bottle flakes PET corrugated roofing sheet extrusion machine. This machine can directly use recycled clean PET bottle flakes to do production, main extruder is parallel twin screw extruder with strong vacuum system, it can protect PET material quality during extrusion, no need to use traditional crystallazition and dehumidifier for material treatment.
Final roofing sheet is more transparent than PVC, and it is no bad smell.
After add additives, tt can be used outdoor. Average sheet life is more than 10 years.
